This December 11th from 6pm-8pm, enjoy an Oysters and Gin experience with the award winning teams behind Hickson House Distilling Co. and East33 Oysters at Henry G's!

Guiding you through this masterclass will be Hickson House distillery co-founder Mikey Enright who will impart his wealth of knowledge of gin distilling and Martini making whilst oyster expert Salma Ebrahim from East33 will talk you through all things oysters including how to shuck your own!

The ticket price includes an Oyster Shell G&T on arrival, a guided tasting through three Hickson House gins, and a mini Oyster Shell gin martini. We will also be tasting through ½ dozen of East33 oysters, both Sydney Rocks and Pacific species.

All attending guests will also receive 2 x complimentary Hickson House Distillery tours located down in the historic The Rocks!
